FOI Request into procedures

Dear Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust,

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following
information under the freedom of information legislation.

Does your trust use the following (if yes please provide a copy of
relevant policy and documentation):
- Patient Transfer Policy including patient transfer checklist
-Ward round checklist
-Discharge checklist
-Acute kidney injury checklist or guidance
-Discharge lounge policy

Furthermore I would be grateful if you could provide a response to
the following (with the provision of relevant documentation if
available):
- What methods have the trust gone to achieve a standardised ward
round ensuring key criteria are achieved and a uniform process is
adhered to across the trust
- What methods have the trust gone to in recognition, management
and treatment of acute kidney injury of patients.
