1, The numbers of reported injuries and deaths at UK poultry abattoirs/processing plants each year between 2007 and the present day - with details of injuries by type e.g. specified/major, over 3 days incapacitated, over 7 days incapacitated.
Note: If possible, details of the injuries involved in the incidents, and the name and location of abattoir / processing plants involved.
Note: I believe the above information is captured under the "Processing and preserving of poultry meat" catagory.

Further to your request made by email on 6 March 2017, I attach
information to assist with your questions 1 and 2. First of all may I
apologise for the delay in responding, the information proved difficult to
extract and as you will see there were a large number of records that fell
into the scope of your request.
The period covers 2011 to 15-16 (p) figures, I have provided the
information split into 2 files the larger file holding each individual
incident reported whilst the other gives an overview of the number of
incidents by accident type and year.
I regret we don’t hold information that would assist from 2007-2011 as the
current RIDDOR notifications database was only introduced in 2011 and we
no longer have access to the earlier data. Figures supplied for 15-16 are
provisional and subject to change as they are based on live operational
data. Updates and amendments occur from time to time as investigations
progress or information is reviewed.
Please note that from 1 October 2013, RIDDOR 2013 came into force.

The data for SIC codes 1012 (Processing and preserving of poultry meat)
and 01470( Raising of Poultry) will be most relevant for your request.
In relation to question 3 – this information is available from searches of
our enforcement database -
