Dear Syreeta Peddlesden

Thank you for your email of 2 January 2019, in which you ask for a copy of
a fitness to practise hearing transcript.

Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA).

We do not hold the information requested. Written transcripts are not
routinely produced for all HCPC fitness to practise hearings. They are
prepared by an external provider. As this hearing is over 10 years old,
the transcriber’s notes for this hearing have since been destroyed.

We publish and make available information in relation to public hearings
in accordance with our [1]fitness to practise publications policy. This
details the limitations of time that we make information publically
available.
