This is a Freedom of Information Request.
Thank you for your response to my request for minutes of Kisharon School Trustees meetings. I note that these reference and discuss written Headteacher’s Reports.
Please supply all the Headteacher’s Reports sent to the Kisharon School Trustees between Jan 2021 and Jun 2024 inclusive.
It is my hope and intention that this will be my final FOI request to the school.

Subject: Freedom of Information Request - Reminder and Deadline Notice
Dear Kisharon School,
I am writing regarding the Freedom of Information request I submitted on Friday, 21 June 2024. In this request, I asked for copies of the headteacher's reports between January 2021 and June 2024 inclusive.
As per the Freedom of Information Act, public authorities are required to respond promptly and no later than 20 working days from the date of receipt. Depending on whether the days are counted inclusively or exclusively, this deadline falls on either Thursday, 18 July or Friday, 19 July 2024.
I note that the last day of the Kisharon Summer term is Thursday, 18 July 2024. Given this, I strongly urge you to reply before the end of term to avoid any unnecessary delays or complications that might arise from the long Summer break.
Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may necessitate my making a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. I trust that this reminder will prompt a timely response to my request.

Thank you for responding today to my other (separate) FOI request to Kisharon School regarding Social Services referrals, reports to the police and other matters entitled "Request for statistics on referrals to social services". I am grateful for the timeliness of the school's responses in not delaying them until the beginning of the Autumn 2024 term.
You also seem, however, to have replied to that other email FOI request, "Request for statistics on referrals to social services", by sending the Headteacher's reports that I have asked for you here in this email thread FOI request.
For the sake of clarity of the public viewing this FOI request online, please could you reply to this request thread "FOI request for the Headteacher’s Reports presented to the Kisharon School Trustees between Jan 2021 and Jun 2024 inclusive" with the headteacher's reports that I requested.
This will also make it clear that Kisharon School have responded to this FOI request in a timely manner, rather than leaving it showing as "waiting for a response".

Thank you for sending me all these Headteacher’s reports that I had requested.
To clarify the naming of the files received for ease of reference:
Autumn 1 = Autumn 2021 report
Spring 1 = Spring 2021 report
Item 8.1, Spring 2 2024 = an additional Spring 2024 report, after appointment of new head.
Summer 2 = Summer 2024 report
Please can you additionally send me the Headteacher’s report of Spring 2021 which appears to have been accidentally ommitted from the information that you have sent me?
This Headteacher’s report is mentioned in the minutes of the Trustee’s Meeting of 10 Feb 2021 as having been received and read by the Trustees at that meeting.

The headteacher’s report labelled “Spring 1” is undated but it cannot be the report for Spring 2021 as it contains school attendance figures for 2022.
Is the school saying there was no headteacher’s report for Spring 2021? Or that there was one but they no longer have it?
Otherwise, please may I request the Spring 2021 report to be provided.

The school have carried out another search for the 2021 report for you and we have attached the redacted report for you.
