FOI Request for Legal Services at Uttlesford

The request was successful.

Dear FOI Team,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Specialist Legal Services

The details we require are:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr. McCrae,

Freedom of Information Request 20-217

Thank you for your request for information which Uttlesford District
Council received on 31st March.

Please be aware that due to the measures that have been introduced by
Government to combat the COVID 19 virus, it is possible that we will take
more than 20 working days to supply information under Freedom of
Information or Environment Information Regulations.

The Information Commissioner recognises that longer time may be needed
whilst our staff have to prioritise other work to keep services running
during the present situation.

Thank you for your patience.

Yours sincerely,

framework arrangements of our own for legal services.  The value of all
orders can be seen by viewing the payments to suppliers published on the
transparency pages of the Council's web-site.
