FOI Request for a copy of IES report "Evaluating the people aspects of HWWW

Derek Jones made this Freedom of Information request to Health and Safety Executive

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Health and Safety Executive.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

I see in the Chief Executive's report to the Board dated 25 November 2009 (see paragraph 29-31 at http://www.hse.gov.uk/aboutus/meetings/h...) that IES had been contracted to carry out an independent review into the "people handling" aspects of the How and Where We Work project (HWWW).

The Chief Executive's report says that "We anticipate that the report will be available in March 2010".

Please can I have an unedited copy of the full IES report into the people aspects of HWWW, including a copy of any recommendations stemming from the report; any subsequent minutes of meetings of the HSE SMT and Board which discuss the findings of this report; and information on whether the Chief Executive has had any input into the wording of the final report (i.e. an opportunity to edit or change the wording of the report) before it was published.

Yours faithfully,

Derek Jones
