Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I am writing to you regarding covid 19 PCR testing.
Can you let me know the following:
1. Was DNA collected part of the Dept of Health and NHS England on PCR covid 19 testing?
2. If so, who authorised the collection of DNA samples.
3. If you have stored people's DNA from PCR testing for how long will you retain this?
4. Did you instruct private testing companies to store people's DNA?
I look forward to your reply.
This is an acknowledgement - please do not reply to this email.
Thank you for contacting the Department of Health and Social Care.
