Elmstead Parish Council does not own or operate any public children's play
areas. There is a playground in Elmstead but it is owned and maintained by
TDC. It's at the top end of Old School Lane. This was in operation in
2009/2010 and is still open. Can you please check with TDC as to the area
covered?
