Dear King's College London,

I wish to make a Freedom of Information Request, as permitted by the FOI Act 2000.

Please provide me, as of the 2022/2023 academic year, the number of overseas students studying at your institution. Please break this down by the following:

a) Undergraduates/ postgraduates/ other
b) by faculty and subject

Secondly, please could you confirm whether there is, anywhere in institution, the provision for remote/digital/distance learning. If you are unable to answer this second part, please proceed with the first and I look forward to receiving your reply within 20 working days.

Thank you for your email. We will treat your request for information as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received by the university on 9th June 2023. We will endeavour to respond to your request within the statutory 20 working day time frame.

Please note that the university has adopted the Model Publication Scheme and also publishes FOI responses on our Disclosure Log. The Fees Regulations state that requests received within 60 consecutive working days can be aggregated.

for academic year 2022/3 and for whom we have recorded that they reside
