Thank you for your request for information that was received on 28
November 2022 concerning
I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.
Collection and disposal/recycling of waste paper and cardboard.

The details we require are:

* What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

* Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

* Who is the current supplier?

* Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

* Are there any processing facilities or MRFs utilised within the contract
if so what the names and addresses?

* How is your fibre processed (baled or loose)?

* Where is the end destination of the fibre?

* What is your current collection method (dual stream, single source,
kerbside sort or comingled)

* What tonnage per year do you produce by fibre grade?

* Start date & duration of framework/contract?

* Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

* Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

* Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

* Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

* Are there any plans to change the existing service?
 
We are dealing with your request, and we aim to send a response by 28
December 2022.
 
 
In some cases, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we
will send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Act may restrict the release of some or all of the information you
have requested. We will carry out an assessment and if any exemptions or
exceptions apply to some or all of the information then we might not
provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is the case
and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and to
complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).

Unfortunately, it is taking longer than anticipated to respond to your
request.  This is due to collecting the information Please accept my
apologies for the delay, I am sorry that we haven't replied in time but
please be assured that we wish to make sure the request is completed
thoroughly.  We will now try to respond to you by 20 December 2022.
 
 
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter.
