We're waiting for Mark Jone to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear University of Northampton,

I would like to request information regarding recruitment agency spend across IT services at the University.
 
Can you please confirm the following:
 
1.       Total agency spend for end of financial year 2016 across IT services
2.       The names of the recruitment agencies used
3.       Total spend on agency contract/temporary staff within IT services
4.       Total spend on permanent fees within IT services

I write in response to your request for information dated 1^st June, 2017,

In response to your first question:

1.   Total agency spend for end of financial year 2016 across IT services

The total recruitment agency spend across our IT Services Department for
the financial year 1^st August 2015 to 31^st July 2016 was  £449,033.

 

In response to your second question:

2.   The names of the recruitment agencies used

The names of the recruitment agencies used are:

Real Staffing Group

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.

Eutopia Solutions Limited

X4 Group Limited

 

In response to your third and fourth questions:

3.   Total spend on agency contract/temporary staff within IT services

4.   Total spend on permanent fees within IT services

This information is not held by the University. We do not separately
record the amount of agency fees spent recruiting contract/temporary staff
and the amount spent on the recruitment of permanent staff.
