May I please request you to provide me with the following information
under the Freedom Of Information Act:

(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within
your council's area

(b) the number of bedrooms that each property referred to in (a) currently
has

(c) the names/addresses of the owners/licence holders of those properties
referred to in (a)

(d) any other details of the property that may be relevant

I can confirm that Spelthorne Borough Council does hold this information,
however we are exempting it under Section 21 Freedom of Information Act
2000, as it is reasonably accessible by other means.  This is an absolute
