Information Act 2000 regarding:-

Entyvio Hospital Trusts

Following an investigation and search of our records I can confirm the
following Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT)
information:-

·         In the last twelve months how many patients have been treated
for Ulcerative colitis?

·         Of these patients how many were treated with Entyvio
(vedolizumab)?

·         In the last twelve months how many patients have been treated
for Crohn’s disease?

·         Of the patients how many were treated with Entyvio
(vedolizumab)?

Please be advised that KMPT are a mental health organisation. We are
therefore unable to assist with your request for information.

I confirm that the information above/attached completes your request under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am also pleased to confirm that no
