John Winterbottom, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council

Hi,

Please see below response to EIR 18526:

- How many empty, publicly owned buildings do you have in your local
authority area?

Oldham Council currently has 30 empty buildings. These buildings are in
varying states of condition and let ability.

- Of these, how many have been empty for between five and nine years?  How
many have been empty for 10 or more years?

Unfortunately, Oldham Council do not currently hold such information
recording how long buildings have been empty.

Regards,

John Winterbottom
