1. How many children/ young people between the ages of 0-25 years old in your local authority have a statement of Special Educational Needs or an EHCP?

2. How many children/ young people who have an EHCP received their statement within the time frame set by the government?

3. Of those who did not receive their EHCP on time, what is the reason for this?

4. what is the reason for delay in assessing, processing and awarding an EHCP?

I would like the timescale from year; 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 (if available), and yes I would be happy with a list of most common reasons for an EHCP, but most importantly reason for a refusal of an EHCP.
