FoI compliance statistics
Dear North Yorkshire Police,
Please tell me:
- the number of FoI request you received in the previous three years
- the number of those requests that were responded to within twenty working days
- the ten longest number of days taken to respond
- the average number of days taken to respond
- the number of requests for internal review
- number of complaints logged with the ICO
- the number of request flagged for approval/review (presumably by someone senior - the PCC, chief constable, head of legal or whoever)
I would be happy to receive a .csv file with the request wording, date each request was received and the date it was responded to, plus whether it was approved/reviewed.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Fast

Dear North Yorkshire Police,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of North Yorkshire Police's handling of my FOI request 'FoI compliance statistics'.
I specifically asked for a .CSV file of requests, date received and date responded to (with personal data removed) if you don't hold or record some data.
A slap-dash response again.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Fast

Dear Civil Disclosure,
Thanks for acknowledging. Could you tell me whether I'll have to wait more than seven months for this one as well??
Make sure the CSV includes not only requests but requests for internal reviews and ico complaints.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Fast
