Once your Subject Access request and suitable ID is received your request
will be answered within one calendar month of receipt, you will receive an
acknowledgment within 3 working days.

3. Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Data Breach - If you reporting a data breach a member of the team will be
in touch shortly to go through the issue.

GDPR Query – If you have a query over GDPR a member of the team will be in
touch within 3 working days, if it is urgent please do follow up the email
with a phone call.

Due to the current Coronavirus situation South Northamptonshire Council
may be unable to respond to your Freedom of Information request within
the statutory time period, due to staff now working from home and may
