In accordance with the provisions specified within the above Act I hereby request the following information.

Please provide a copy of the information that the council was required to submit under The Non-Domestic Rating (Compilation and Alteration of Lists) (England) Regulations 2020 by 15th January 2021
The Act requires that a response be provided within a period of 20 working days from the date hereof.

Further to your request, due to the nature of the data we have to supply
to the valuation office under this specific regulation Stratford district
council will not release it.
The information is linked to specific business rates accounts and there is
a high risk of this data being used to fraudulently claim government
support and grants.
The question asked was not answered for the following legal reason(s) -
* Section 31 - Disclosure of the information would be likely to
prejudice law enforcement activities including those relating to tax
collection and immigration controls
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
