FOI Compilation and Alteration of Lists

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000.
In accordance with the provisions specified within the above Act I hereby request the following information.

Please provide a copy of the information that the council was required to submit under The Non-Domestic Rating (Compilation and Alteration of Lists) (England) Regulations 2020 by 15th January 2021
The Act requires that a response be provided within a period of 20 working days from the date hereof.

Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
Please be advised that the answers to your request are attached.
Ratepayer names and correspondence addresses are provided where the
account is not in an individual's name. Section 40 of the FOIA 2000
prevents the publication of individual names. This is because the
information constitutes personal data as defined in the Data Protection
Act 2018 (DPA) and disclosing it would breach the fair processing
principle set out in the DPA.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
