FOI Compilation and Alteration of Lists
Dear Fylde Borough Council,
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000.
In accordance with the provisions specified within the above Act I hereby request the following information.
This request for information falls within the parameters of the Act but if you require clarification on any of the points above or should you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact me.
Required Information;-
Please provide a copy of the information that the council was required to submit under The Non-Domestic Rating (Compilation and Alteration of Lists) (England) Regulations 2020 by 15th January 2021
The Act requires that a response be provided within a period of 20 working days from the date hereof.

I refer to your recent FOI request.
Please see attached dataset as requested. This is a partial disclosure in that, it does not include the names and other personal information about individuals. Unfortunately, this information is exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as the addresses are classed as personal information and disclosure of them would breach the fair processing principle set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of this email and should be addressed to Ian Curtis at [email address] quoting reference number FOI/7041.
