FOI Champion Role Information

Per the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I am writing to request the following information:

Does the Scottish Government have a role titled ‘FOI Champion’?

If so

Please advise the date this role was introduced?

Please advise your FOI Roles Structure?

Please advise if the duties performed within the FOI Champion role are in addition to any substantive post?

If so,

Please advise if these/any additional duties attract additional remuneration?

If this is a new role/position, please advise if this role and/or substantive role have been re-evalued under any Job Evaluation Scheme?

If so, please advise any increment in the pay scale?

Indeed, have Scottish Government staff undergone any Job Evaluation Scheme?

Please also advise if Scottish Government staff are subject to the provisions of public sector pay policy?

Please acknowledge receipt of this request and supply your response in an electronic format within the statutory time frame of 20 working days as stipulated by FOI(S)A.

about the role of FOI Champions in the Scottish Government.

 

A request is not valid if it does not, in accordance with section 8(1)(b)
of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), state the name

not seem to state your full name, we do not consider it to be a valid
request.  Accordingly, we are not obliged to respond to it.
