I would be grateful if you could please address the following queries
regarding this agreement:

     1. What contracts have Banner Plant Limited been awarded as a part of
the agreement?

     2. What is the value and duration of contract awarded to Banner Plant
Limited?

Please see the below Freedom of Information Act 2000 response:

1. All of the above links refer to “employer” operated Plant, i.e.
supplied without operator, there are several lots which were created to
address all or the majority of  our requirements. The Tender results for
each lot are then tabulated to show the prices for each different item
from each supplier and then circulated to all of the potential users
(Contracts Managers/Assistant Contracts Managers etc.) in order that they
can call off their requirements as needed, at the lowest price possible.

2. The duration of the current Tender (ES6959) was for a one year period
from 1^st October 2008 with an option to extend for a further 3 years.
These options have been taken, so this Tender is due to expire at the end
of this month. A replacement Tender (ES7352) has been returned which will
commence on 1^st October 2012. The period(s) for this Tender are the same

The approximate annual spend with Banner Plant on this Tender is £160k.

I hope this now satisfies your request.
