Dear Mr Parsons

Thank you for your request submitted under the Freedom of Information Act
for which our response is shown below.

1.    How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

There is a central team who receive, log and distribute FOI and EIR
requests. This team also provides advice and guidance on Information
Governance. There are 2 members of staff (1.6 fte) who carry out this
function for Poole.

There will also be staff in each of the Council’s Service Unis who will
collate information in order to respond to FOI/EIRs

2.    What is the budget for administering FOI?

There is no separate budget for FOI/EIR. It is part of the Information
Governance budget and cannot be broken down.

3.    Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

No, we use a spreadsheet to log requests

4.    Do you publish a disclosure log?

Yes, a log is published every quarter once all requests have been
responded to. The logs can be found at the bottom of this [3]webpage

Kind regards
