Please find my Freedom of Information request below:
Please break up each answer to Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6 according to each local authority care home under your control including:

Dunmuir Park Respite Unit

Q1. How many patients were administered medication which was concealed in their food in 2017 at each of the care homes stated above?

Q2. How many patients were administered medication which was concealed in their drink in 2017 at each of the care homes stated above?

Q3. For each case as stipulated in the answers to Q1 and Q2, what medication was prescribed and in what dosage?

Q4. For each case as stipulated in the answers to Q1 and Q2, what percentage consented to receiving the medication?

Q5. How many patients were given medication as a form of chemical restraint at each of the care homes stated above?

Q6. What were the reasons given for chemical restraint in each case?
