FOI

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Does your department know the number of FOI you have received asking the department what the cost of a tribunal is the yearly cost overall or the average cost of each one .Just the number of FOI asking this question .Do you also keep records of the most frequently asked questions as it is an indicator of where the department needs to clarify areas of concern to the public It would highlight these concerns and allow the department to deliver a better understood system and management of benefits

Yours faithfully,

barbara sunley
