Dear Wychavon District Council,

Under the freedom of information act 2000 I require answers to the following information...
State what lands and properties the council claims that it owns and when and from whom did the council purchase these lands and properties?

Also, confirm that the council was originally set up as a trust for the people and therefore can not own anything or be landlord of any properties as this would be a breach of the public trust.

What is the name of this society of which we are all allegedly members of?
What are the rules of membership and how do we cancel membership at any given time?

At what point did the council become a body corporate? (corporation.) and were the people (as in the public) ever consulted on this?

Also please supply the alleged social contracts that the people have individually signed with their wet ink signature (sign of nature) agreeing to consent to be governed? If these contracts can not be supplied then... No contract = No obligation to pay anyone a damn thing. Please do not quote legislation (acts and statutes) as this is only given the force of law after having the consent of the governed... I have not and ever will give my consent to legislation or to have any master speak for me as I am more than capable governing my own actions.

Yours faithfully,
Francis glanmor.

Admission absent a response and compliance.
