Having considered your request, we have provided the following returns:
Q1. The contractual performance KPIs for this contract are included
within the attached Service Specification -please see section 9.1 of the
Service Specification.
Q2. An open process was conducted and therefore no PQQ or SSQ was
conducted. We received 3 bids from ABL Health Limited, Solutions4Health
Ltd, and Everyone Health Ltd.
ABL Health Limited was the Successful bidder in this procurement process.
Q3. Spend on the contract from the start of the contract to the current
date (as of 07 December 2023) is: £579,395
Q4. The start date of the contract was 01 April 2022. The duration of
the contract period is from 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2024 with a further
permissible extension year from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Q5. A copy of the service specification is attached with this response
Q6. Please also see answer to Q4. There is a permissible extension year
from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Q7. Yes, a decision has been made on whether the permissible contract
extension will be used. The permissible one-year extension covering the
period 01 April 2024 to 31 ^ March 2025 has been approved and shall be
enacted.
Q8. The senior officer responsible for this contract is Mary Bailey,
Addictive Behaviours Programme Manager.
