FOI201608109

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Defence Science and Technology Laboratory should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Defence Science and Technology Laboratory,
In your reply, reference above, to another enquirer, you stated that it would exceed the cost limit to provide details of British Nuclear Test Documents possibly held by:-
Areas likely to hold information:
Royal Navy
Army
Royal Air Force
MOD Head Office
MOD Defence Equipment & Support
Defence Business Services
Defence Science and Technology Laboratory
Atomic Weapons Establishment
and that if the enquiry was limited replies might be possible without exceeding that limit.
I would very much like to have details of documents, relating to British Nuclear Tests, from
MOD Head Office and
Atomic Weapons Establishment.
Given that ATE is, unbelievably, not subject to the FOIA2000 Act ,MOD Head Office could satisfy both.

Yours faithfully,

Molly Groves
