Thank you for your request for information received on 16 September 2019,
in which you asked for the following:

Since January 2019 to today's date how many residents and businesses have
been caught and been fined in court in the borough.

My response is as follows:

We have had three matters in court for flytipping in this date range. The
biggest percentage of our work is by way of penalty notice in relation to
fly tipping offences. If I can assist any further please do not hesitate
to ask.
