The number of reported fly-tipping incidents in the past 12 months (12 months leading up to the most recent date for which data is available), and the number of fly-tipping incidents reported in the previous 12 months before that.

has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
For ease of reference, I will now address each of your questions in turn.
The number of reported fly-tipping incidents in the past 12 months (12
months leading up to the most recent date for which data is available);
53316 reported between 21 Nov 2023 – 20 Nov 2024
and the number of fly-tipping incidents reported in the previous 12 months
before that:
34051 reported from 21 Nov 2022 – 20 Nov 2023
