Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.

Please find below the response to your recent request. The information has
been provided by our Waste and Streetscene Team.

Your request:

SInce 1st January 2019 please indicate the following:

1. Number of fixed penalty notices issued for fly-tipping - 2

2. Number of prosecutions brought for fly-tipping - 1

3. How many times covert or overt CCTV has been used to catch offenders
fly-tipping - 0

0 because of the introduction of GDPR – covert cameras SD card we using
were not encrypted

4. The number of reports made for flytipping in Tunbridge Wells and IF
possible, broken down by ward basis.

1518- unable to breakdown on ward basis.

If the answer to any of the questions 1-4 is zero, please explain why.
