"Wigan Council do not permit any advertising on safety rail or pedestrian
guardrail as stated in the request, therefore no revenue is raised"

Thank you for your reply.Why are posters/bill boards all around Leigh & Atherton on safety rail or pedestrian guardrail and other places too by kurt hills northwest funfairs even after them being reported to your relevant department.
