Thank you for your information request, which we received on 16 July. We
have understood your request to be for the following information:

How many yellow card reports per year were received for Isle of Man post
codes for the flu vaccines and state which brand used for the last 8
years.

What percentage of all those reports were classed as serious and how many
of these were deaths.

If we have misunderstood or misinterpreted your request, please contact us
as soon as possible.

We will deal with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA). The statutory time frame for response is 20 working days; this
begins on the first working day after receipt, and we will respond by 14th
August.

Appeal rights
