Thank you for your correspondence about the way the council is dealing
with your information request. You are concerned that the council has not
responded within the statutory time scale.
 
The Council acknowledges that we have not provided you with a response
within the statutory time scale, this falls short of the council
expectations for responding to FOIAs. Please accept the council apologies
