We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.

Delegated Officer Report was not required and therefore an EIA was not
submitted
 Planning - as per the design, attached
 Consultation with stakeholders - please see attached the notices
distributed, the distribution maps and the Local Member and Police support
responses
 Objections and support comments - no objections or comments were received
for either crossing on Florence Road
 Commission notes and any period of viability - please see attached
 Costs - the estimated cost of this crossing is approximately £47,000 but
the final costs have yet to be received for this scheme.
