Dear Welsh Water,
We are advised that on 24 April 2018 the above subject property suffered flooding due to blocked nearby drainage ("the Drainage").
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, we request the following information and documentation:
1. Drainage map indicating the blocked Drainage and confirmation if the pipes are under the ownership and/or control of Welsh Water and, if not, the address of the property being served by the Drainage;
2. Copies of all maintenance and inspection records relating to the Drainage for the period 1 April 2008 to present;
3. Copies of all documentation relating to the flooding incident on 24 April 2018 affecting the Property including the repairs undertaken by Welsh Water and the identified cause of the blockage/flooding;
4. Copies of all documentation on record relating to any previous incidents of flooding or escapes of water associated with the Drainage; and
5. Details of any planned maintenance to the Drainage. When the need was identified and when it was completed.

I refer to your request for information, which is being dealt with under
the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (“the Regulations”),
received by us on 7^th June 2018 which reads as follows:
