Flood map data and feed of water level at stations

I would like to request the polygon/kml/csv data used to make the flooding risk maps at http://maps.environment-agency.gov.uk/wi... . I would also like request a live feed of data on the water level and flow measurements at all of your measurement stations.

So when can I expect a response?

Our customer charter for general enquiries is 10 working days but you can
expect to receive a reply from us within 4 working days. If your enquiry
is of a technical nature this could take up to 20 working days. Please
note that bank holiday days and weekends are not classed as a working day.

 

If your enquiry refers to a Waste Exemption application you can expect to
receive a response within 5 working days (If you have applied for a T11

all of England and Wales? Why do you need the data? We have several
datasets in regards to flooding and a different one may suit your needs
better. I have attached our Information Re-use Register which lists all
our datasets for you to review.

 

We do have live feeds for rivers  levels and flows. Please note that to be
connected to any live feed there is a £500 + VAT connection fee plus an
annual service change of £1500 + VAT. Access to the data would be an
additional charge. Depending on the use of the feed, we may have to
generate a reseller licence which has additional royally charges. Please
see the Re-use Register for descriptions for these datasets.

 

Please let me know which datasets you are interested in, what type of
coverage and how many terminals will need access to the information so I
can generate a quote for you.
