Flood Action Groups in your areas
Dear West Midlands Local Resilience Forum,
Under Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations, I would like to request the following information:
- Any meeting minutes where flood action groups or other civil society bodies have contributed to discussions about flooding in the last two years.
- Any list of 'flood action groups' in your area.
- The number of FTE staff you have dedicated to flood risk management and their roles.

“Thanks for your email, can you please do bear in mind that the Freedom of
Information Act (the Act) relates to public authorities, Local Resilience
Forums are not named as Public Authorities under Schedule 1 of the FOI Act
2000, you may be better placed re-directing your request to the individual
local authorities that cover the West Midlands as they are better placed
to answer your question.
