Flood Action Groups in your areas
Dear Warwickshire Local Resilience Forum,
Under Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations, I would like to request the following information:
- Any meeting minutes where flood action groups or other civil society bodies have contributed to discussions about flooding in the last two years.
- Any list of 'flood action groups' in your area.
- The number of FTE staff you have dedicated to flood risk management and their roles.

Thank you for your FoI request. Local Resilience Forums are not named as
Public Authorities under Schedule 1 of the FoI Act 2000 (because LRF’s are
not a legal entity at this time) and are therefore not subject to the Act.
We are under no legal obligation to respond. The constituent organisations
that make up Local Resilience Forums are named on Schedule 1.
You may make FoI requests to the organisations listed in the FoI Act but
not to the LRF Secretariat team, because this team’s role is to facilitate
the multi-agency activities of the Forum.
