Dear South Wales Local Resilience Forum,

Under Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations, I would like to request the following information:

- Any meeting minutes where flood action groups or other civil society bodies have contributed to discussions about flooding in the last two years.
- Any list of 'flood action groups' in your area.
- The number of FTE staff you have dedicated to flood risk management and their roles.

Thank you for your request for information. The Freedom of Information Act (the Act) relates to public authorities, as set out in Section 1 and Schedule 1 of the Act. Local Resilience Forums are not defined as public authorities and therefore are not subject to the Act. Therefore, we are unable to respond to your request.

This would fall to individual organisations primarily Natural Resources Wales and the local authorities.
