I write in response to your Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)
request dated 17 Jun 2024.
 
Your request asked for
- Any meeting minutes where flood action groups or other civil society
bodies have contributed to discussions about flooding in the last two
years.
- Any list of 'flood action groups' in your area.
- The number of FTE staff you have dedicated to flood risk management and
their roles.
 
We have considered your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004.
 
Response
I can confirm we do hold information within scope of your request.
 
The council has no record of any flood action groups active in Luton. The
council has not held meetings in the last two years that would engage the
resident’s opinions on flooding.

There is  1.7 FTE staff dedicated to flood risk management at council.
