Your Request for Information

Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

 

I refer to your e-mail dated 7^th December which I am treating as a
request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002. 

 

As you may be aware Wheatley Group is not listed, nor recognised by the
office of the Scottish Information Commissioner as a relevant Public
Authority and we are therefore not regulated by the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002.  In the interest of openness and co-operation however
I will look into this request under the Act and establish if any
information can be released to you. 

 

You will receive a response to your request by 9^th January 2018.

I refer to your email dated 7^th December 2017 which I am treating as a
request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002. 

 

You requested the following information:

 

Can you please provide copies of your

-flexible working policy

-term time working policy

-pay gap figures

-any reports or commentary about steps being taken to reduce the pay gay
(if applicable)

 

As you may be aware Wheatley Group is not listed, nor recognised by the
office of the Scottish Information Commissioner as a relevant Public
Authority and we are therefore not regulated by the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002. 

In the interest of openness and co-operation however I have looked into
your request to establish if any information can be released to you and
respond as follows:

 

I attach our policy which covers flexible working. We do not have a term
time working policy.

 

Within the Wheatley Group there are 2 subsidiaries where the new
requirement to publish annual data on gender gap applies. These are
Glasgow Housing Association and Loretto.  Data for each of these
subsidiaries will be published on the respective company web sites, as
well as the relevant UK government site, by the deadline of 4^th April
2018.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which I dealt with your request
for information, you may ask for an internal review of the actions and
decisions in relation to the request. 

If you would like to request a review, please write to Information
Governance Solicitor, Wheatley Housing Group, Wheatley House, 25 Cochrane
Street, Glasgow, G1 1HL within 40 working days of the date of this
letter.
