Fleet management system information

Dear Pendle Borough Council,

Do you use a computer based system at the council to manage your fleet management?
If you do can you please tell me what system / provider you are currently using, is it a in house system or bought?
If not, how do you manage them, is it paper based, or spreadsheet based?
If bought what is the term of the contract you took out with the provider?
What are the total yearly costs for using said system?
If you have a system in place how many staff administer the system?

Dear Mr Roberts,

The Councils fleet is procured through a contract hire with maintenance agreement. The Council does not maintain its own fleet management system but do have access to the third party information upon request and through paper based documents confirming inspections, tests and repairs have been completed.
