Dear Peter,

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. You asked
the following:

The Local Authority is requested to provide a list of motor vehicles
operated by the council (owned or leased) currently licensed with the
Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority (“the DVLA”). Please include the
following details.

1.Registration Mark of each motor vehicle; 2.Fleet number allocated (if
any); 3.Chassis Make and Model; 4.Type of Body fitted; 5.Date new or date
of acquisition.

In accordance with your request please see the attached document, please
note we do not have the date of acquisition on the list.

You are free to use any information supplied for your own personal use.
However, any other type of re-use, for example, by publishing the
information or issuing copies to the public will require the permission of
the copyright owner.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your FOI request, you have
the right to ask us to review our handling of your request. Any request
for an Internal Review must be made in writing within 40 days of this
