Thank you for contacting the Authority with your information request.

The Authority has reviewed your request in line with its statutory duties
in relation to both the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and the
Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).

The Authority has concluded that it does hold this information and we have
listed that below:

(i) The Authority has two leased vehicles, both are the same
specification.

·         Registration mark of each motor vehicle: MF18XXD and MD18PKJ

·         Fleet number : N/A

·         Chassis make and model: Both are Peugeot Partner vans

·         Type of body fitting: Standard van fitting on both

·         Date new or date of acquisition: The Authority’s lease commenced
on: MF18XXD delivered on 11.05.2018 and MD18PKJ delivered on 11.07.2018

(ii) The Authority has one owned van:

·         Registration mark of each motor vehicle: ML09 VHW

·         Fleet number : N/A

·         Chassis make and model: Ford Transit Long Wheel base (3T)

·         Type of body fitting: Van

·         Date new or date of acquisition: New, May 2009 . Ownership of
the Authority since 2011.
