REQUEST

The Local Authority is requested to provide a list of motor vehicles owned or leased to the council; currently licensed with the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority (“the DVLA”) where the Registered Keeper of the vehicle is that of the Local Authority in the following format:

1. Registration Mark of each motor vehicle;
2. Fleet number allocated (if any);
3. Chassis Make and Model;
4. Type of Body fitted;
5. Date new or date of acquisition.

File attachments using Excel, Word, PDF or plain text are acceptable

I write to acknowledge your email dated 26.08.2018 requesting information
regarding Avon Fire & Rescue Service’s fleet.

 

Your request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and you will receive a response within the statutory
timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, from the date of
receipt subject to the information not being exempt or containing a
reference to a third party. In some circumstances Avon Fire & Rescue

concerning Avon Fire & Rescue Service’s fleet.

 

Your request for information has been dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that Avon Fire &
Rescue Service holds the information falling within the description
specified within your request.

 

Please find attached our fleet lists, which are soon to be updated on our
website.

 

Please note that the last 2 digits of the fleet number is the year of
acquisition.

Guidance about how we deal with requests for information can be located on

financial year plus 3 years.
