1. Registration Mark of each motor vehicle;
2. Fleet number allocated (if any);
3. Chassis Make and Model;
4. Type of Body fitted;
5. Date new or date of acquisition.

I am writing to request an internal review of South Bucks District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Fleet List'.

I do not feel that section 38 can be applied in this case. The vehicles are clearly as belonging to or operating for South Bucks District Council with drivers and operatives in uniform. The provision of this information into the wider public domain can have no effect whatever.
