Dear Mr Jane,
Thank you for your e-mail of 13 August 2021.
In your e-mail you requested an internal review of your request FOI 101716
which was responded to by Highways England on the 2 February 2021. I am
writing to inform you that we are not actioning your request for an
internal review on this occasion as it was made after 40 working days of
you receiving the response to your request and we are not required to
accept requests for reviews received after this time.
I would however like to take the opportunity to indicate that a full fleet
list was provided along side the response on the 2 February 2021 which,
for completeness, I have attached again along side this correspondence.
If you are unhappy with our response you have the right to apply directly
to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information
Commissioner can be contacted at:

Dear Mr Jane,
Thank you for your e-mail of the 20 August 2021.
As indicated in our response on 17 August 2021, the time limit to request
an internal review has expired for FOI 101716 so we will not be actioning
the request for a review.
However, again, I would like to take the opportunity to indicate the full
fleet list of Highways England vehicles was provided in the response on 2
February 2021. To clarify, vehicles for road works are owned by the
contractors and suppliers undertaking this work and therefore are not part
of Highways England's fleet. As such, Highways England does not hold
anymore information than that which was provided in response to FOI
101716.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:

Please remember to quote reference number FOI/2290 in any future
communications about this response.
