Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,
Thank you for your reply to my recent Freedom of Information Request.
However I note that my request has not been fully complied with in that the registration marks of the vehicles have been omitted without any explanation.
If you are refusing to supply this information please tell me under which exemption clause you wish to quote so I can follow up with an appeal/official review.
I should be grateful therefore if you can reconsider your decision in the light of this information and look forward to hearing from you in the near future
Yours sincerely,
Peter Jarman
