The Local Authority is requested to provide a list of motor vehicles, equipment and school buses, operated by the council (owned, leased or insured) currently licensed with the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority (“the DVLA”). Please include the following details.

1. Registration Mark of each motor vehicle;
2. Fleet number allocated (if any);
3. Chassis Make and Model;
4. Type of Body fitted;
5. Date new or date of acquisition;
6. Which department the vehicle is linked to (if available).

File attachments using Excel, Word, or PDF are acceptable

This is to inform you that your request has been considered and I can
provide the following response:

 

The Request:

 

The Local Authority is requested to provide a list of motor vehicles,

The above information is recorded on the attached spreadsheet

 

6.     Which department the vehicle is linked to (if available).

         

Although this information is available within the  Lease Car spreadsheet,
the data is not recorded by the Authority and is not reflected within the
Motor vehicles spreadsheet and as such, Section 1 of the Freedom of
Information Act is engaged

 

Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act a public authority is
required to inform you

1 (a) whether the information requested is held by the public authority,
and

(b) to have that information communicated if that is the case.

In this case the information requested is not held.

 

We regret the delay you have experienced with this request. We acknowledge
that Powys County Council has failed in its obligation under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000, to provide you with a response to your request
within the statutory timescale of 20 working days. Please accept our
